Coaching with me is intimate and high-impact. Containers are designed for depth, sustainability, soulful magic, and lots of laughter. A typical container is 6–12 months, meeting twice a month, with unlimited support and spot coaching between sessions. Many clients describe feeling more seen, safe, and free in my presence than ever before. For those who desire a deeper dive, there’s also the option of an in-person immersion. Together with my husband, Kevin Lawrence, I also support couples in creating relationships rooted in truth, depth, ease, and joy.
Here’s how I typically explore the possibility of working with someone:
We begin with a 20 minute connection call.
If we agree that we might be a good fit, we’ll schedule a gifted session — no charge, no strings attached. It’s a chance for you to experience what it’s like to work with me, and for me to experience what it’s like to work with you.
If after the gifted session I'm inspired to work with you, and you are inspired to work with me, then we will have a conversation to explore the possibility of ongoing coaching.
