Coaching with me is intimate and high-impact. Containers are designed for depth, sustainability, soulful magic, and lots of laughter. A typical container is 6–12 months, meeting twice a month, with unlimited support and spot coaching between sessions. Many clients describe feeling more seen, safe, and free in my presence than ever before. For those who desire a deeper dive, there’s also the option of an in-person immersion. Together with my husband, Kevin Lawrence, I also support couples in creating relationships rooted in truth, depth, ease, and joy.
Here’s how I typically explore the possibility of working with someone:
We begin with a 20 minute connection call.
If we both feel inspired to continue, we’ll do a gifted session — no charge, no strings attached. This gives us both a lived sense of what it’s like to work together.
If after that session we both feel a full-bodied yes, we’ll have a conversation to explore an ongoing coaching container.
